TO ALL eBay sellers :-
If my item(s) not send by registered mail, I hope you may keep a scan photo, or photo taken by your digital camera, or photo taken by your hand phone of the reply envelope, (digital photo is almost free now a day, and it is very fast to take a photo) this is to ensure that the envelope properly addressed and with sufficient stamps paying for air mail postage, just keep the scan or digital photo in your PC, camera or hand phone, as a good posting evidence (to me) for 45 days, I thank you for your kind understanding; you need not have to eMail to me the photo, afther 45 days of posting you can delete it from your computer, as I believed that any buyers should not be held resposibility for `wrong address' and `insuficient' postage being paid by the careless sellers (or senders); I will view (+)feedback from seller as `lots posted and seller's duty discharged', if feedback is not left within 30 days from day of my payment and yet items not received, I may consideor as seller has `forgotten' to post my items, I will ask for the reply envelope digital photo or scan from seller if afther 21 days of payment lots still not received.
In the past, I have many eBay lots send by ordinary air mail missing in the post, several lots posted with my office address (number or name of road, country name) hand written and even type written wrongly by careless eBay sellers, but local postman still able to deliver it to my office, I think I may not so lucky each time. I also have cases when I paid adequate air mail postage but lot(s) still send over by sea mail due to seller affixed smaller amount for postage. (sellers from China and UK), lots still received but it was 50 days later. Many seller do not want to state his `sender's address', seller ID not stated for my records purposes etc.. and many more. please state the sender's name, proper full address on your reply envelope, (important, in case return back to sender) and your seller ID on any small note so I can recall trasactions from eBay for leaving feedback purposes.
I am a `stamps' collector, please use good commemorative / special issue stamps, high value stamps or miniature sheet for reply postage, thank you for your support. I collect `postal history' envelopes of stamps dealers / collectors / auction house from all over the world. I will give (+)feedback upon received of item(s) from you.
WHY delay PayPal payments ? :-
Here, I will like to explain that the local banker for my credit card will block my PayPal transaction afther I have made 6 ~ 8 PayPal payments; I have spoken with the banker's officer on this matter, this is for my good and is protecting me from internet tansactions, afther 48 hours the internet transactions cleared, I am able to use it again for PayPal payment, but it will still limited to 6 ~ 8 sellers each time, this meaning I have a payment interval of 2 ~ 3 days, PayPal do not accept my credit card for all sellers group payment.
I do not go back to office on Sunday, Saturday and Public holiday for making PayPal payments.

I will send bank draft or cash to you by registered post, but please return to me my registered envelope send to you, together with the eBay lot(s); kindly open the mail carefully and do not damage the stamps / label on envelope. please give eBay feed back upon received of my payment, thank you.
