The price of shipping is more than just the cost of the stamp. Items such as foam padding, bubble mailers, bubble wrap, envelopes, brown paper wrap, ziplock bags, boxes, postal tape, tissue paper, polybags, are used as necessary to ship your item safely. These expenses, as well as seller fees, are what determine the price of shipping and handling an item. I keep my shipping prices as low as I possibly can. The best way to save on shipping is to combine multiple auctions. |
My Shipping Policy... I ship 2-3 times per week Monday through Saturday. All items are in-stock and ship directly from my location. If you are purchasing more than one item, it is your responsibility to let me know to send you a combined invoice. Ebay does not automatically calculate my combined shipping discounts. You must sent me an email so I can manually adjust your invoice. Please keep in mind that postal holidays will delay shipments.

My Return Policy Shoes that do not fit may be returned for an exchange. If the next size is not available, then they may be returned for a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. All returns must be pre-approved by me via email so that I can give you the correct return address. Returns are to be made within 7 days of the delivery date. If an item breaks or is defective, contact me immediately for a replacement or a refund. |
My Feedback Policy... Feedback will be left after I receive feedback from you. If there is ever a problem with an order, contact me first. I want you to be happy and will do what I can to correct any problems. Negative feedback should only be left as a last resort. I will file non-paying bidder alerts and leave negative feedback for deadbeat buyers. If you have an emergency and need to make other arrangements after an auction ends, contact me as soon as possible and follow through on our arrangement to avoid negative feedback. |
