The Artist:

I am Keely Irvin, a Tampa Bay artist who graduated from Texas Tech with a degree in design. I started drawing as a child and most of my skills are self taught as I did not have any formal training until high school. I later majored in art in college. I attended on a scholarship for art, winning many awards as well as best of show at judged events.

My art work is not tied to one particular theme or medium since I change my style according to my moods. I have done work in all mediums and the styles range from abstract to realism. My art can be seen in local schools and public places in the Tampa Bay area. Unique, quality pieces of art, are what you can expect when investing in my art work. I can work with individual requests in making custom pieces of art in accordance to what the client would like to have presented.

Art is why I wake up in the morning. I gave up a professional business career to dedicate my time to my children and my love of painting. I have started selling my art on eBay as a convenience to art patrons and myself by saving on gallery commissions.

My artwork comes in many styles and medium due to times and experiences in my life. So when you browse my images, you never know what you might find. I sometimes hide symbols and words in my art and let my American Indian and Irish heritage come through on the canvas. I believe that art beautifies the world and I love participate in shows that promote the beauty of art. My favorite artist are Salvador Dali, Peter Max, and Vincent van Gogh.
