Just a little about me, personally...

I started getting into Ebay because after becoming a stay at home mom and no longer working in the accounting field, I had to fill "the need" to work with numbers, customers and simply keep my brain stimulated.  LOL!  It fulfilled "the need" and it just kept growing and growing.  However, with a new baby and a toddler, I have had to to scale back some so I have more time just being a mommy & wife and enjoying these precious moments!

What do I sell???

I sell all sorts of things and bounce all over the map!  I sell things we have around the home and I also buy all kinds of things to resell to pass on deals to others.  Some of the items I sell may be used (such as clothing) or brand new (gifts, clearance items, sale items, liquidation, overstock items, etc.)  I sometimes purchase items from garage/estate sales, clearance sales, overstock items, shelf pulls, short dated items, stock from stores that have gone out of business or liquidation lots by the pallet loads.  If you have any questions, PLEASE do not hesititate to ask on an item's condition, date, etc. if you have any concerns that I do not clarify.  I try to be as descriptive as possible so you know what you are getting, but I could always overlook or leave something out.

For example, if I were buying something for a gift, then I'd make sure with the seller it is in gift-giving or perfect condition if not stated as so.  "NEW" on Ebay does not necessarily mean in the best packaging condition.  Product could be new and unused, in-date, but might have slight damage or "wear" to the package from shipping around.  (Again, I always try to clarify that!)

About my Ebay terms, policies, etc...

My terms and policies are listed in each of my auctions, so please make sure to read the details before bidding and ask any unanswered questions.  My terms are net 3 days, unless you have an additional OPEN bid on another one of my items, and then it would be net 3 days after last auction ends.  The reason I state additional "OPEN" bid is because I have people state they want to bid on other items and then never do.  The item can go unsold, and I can relist, and still no bids...or they will wait until the item is relisted again.  Another words, I know many of them have been just to delay their payments.  I have been bit in the butt too often for being nice, and have gone weeks without that "additional" bid, so now I simply state net 3 days UNLESS there are other OPEN bids.  That way I know a buyer is serious and as long as I see bids, buyers can take their time.  Ebay gives the option for sellers to require immediate payment, but I do not do so.  I feel three days is fair, because you cannot buy anywhere else online or go into a store and expect to pay for your items at a later date. 

Yes, I discount on combined shipments!!  PLEASE hold off paying until you are finished with your bids and I will send you one discounted & consolidated invoice.    At this time I discount manually, so I can save you as much as possible.  No handling fees on combined shipments!!  When buying, I love true combined shipping myself!  I also use small, medium and large flat rate Priority Mail Boxes when that is the cheapest option.  Please see my listings or "My World" page for more details!

With the shipping rates going up, single heavier items can seem kind of high to ship.  My goal is to have customers combine items you like with no handling fees to help you SAVE!!  You can stuff a flat rate box and really save on shipping by combining, opposed to buying just that one item. COMBINE & SAVE!!  If you purchase something from me in a flat rate box, check to see if there are other items you are interested and just ask if they will fit into the same box with no additional fees!  Or purchase small lots or single items & combine to really save!

Feedback

I work hard on my Ebay listings and customer service and a FIVE-STAR Feedback is VERY important to me!  I am a Power Seller and I work hard to earn that extra monthly discount on my invoice.  I communicate by answering questions ASAP, I send out shipping confirmation messages through Ebay, and I ship ASAP!!  If you have any problems, please contact me first and give me a fair chance to resolve any issues!  Unfortunately, I have received a few neutral feedbacks, from newer ebayers, who simply did not read the auction details AND they never contacted me before leaving feedback!!  (Very unfair and unprofessional in the Ebay world.)   I will reciprocate postive feedback for you once feedback is left for me.  I feel when customers leave feedback & I reciprocate, that completes the transaction. 

I schedule USPS to pickup up my shipments, daily and always ship ASAP.  PLEASE keep in mind (and as Ebay states towards the bottom of all auctions) that sellers cannot be responsible for transit time once it leaves our hands.  That is the shipping companies responsibility so please do not rate sellers lower on shipping and handling time if its the carrier's fault.  (Check date of shipment on your package.) USPS picks up my packages EVERY business day, including Saturdays!!  They come first thing in the morning, so if payments come in after the morning pickup...it goes out first thing the next morning. 

Please keep in mind that we have no control over the rising costs of the shipping rates.  (USPS's rates increased again, back in January 2009.)  Again, please do not rate lower for USPS's or other carrier's actual rates.  You see the calculated shipping quote in the auctions, for your location, before you bid.  I am from Michigan, so if it seems high, consider the weight of the package and the distance it has to go from me to you.  I have a lot of customers in TX, AZ, CA...and some people expect parcel post or Priority Mail to be only a few dollars when it has to go clear across the country!!  I NEVER rip people off on handling fees and combined shipments have NO handling fees; just actual shipping!!
