It is our policy to put HONESTY first in all our dealings. While it is important to maximize profits in any small business, it is FAR MORE IMPORTANT to satisfy the customer. Therefore, it stands to reason that it is much better to slightly undergrade a coin, thereby virtually guaranteeing the customer's satisfaction and repeat business. The repeat business will more than make up for the lower profit margin per coin.
