A few years ago I ran across a 24" unicycle in a pawn shop and purchased it for $30.00. Although I hadn't riden one in more than 25 years, I hopped right on and circled the pawn shop twice. It's like riding a bike; You don't forget how. Within 2 days, I was pedaling between 2 and 3 miles a day.

3 to 5 miles on a uni is an excellent, daily, low-impact, cardio/aerobic exercise.

Eventually my children started riding along with me on their bicycles; (after they quit screaming "CIRCUS FREAK" whenever they saw me riding).

But I had a hard time keeping up with them . So I decided I would get  a touring uni with at least a 28" wheel.

With no local dealers available, I turned to the internet to shop for a bigger uni.........

My internet searches often included results from items for auction on e-bay, so I registered and started searching here.

Within a few days I found what I was looking for. A couple of days later, I purchased it.

Two weeks after I began my search, I was riding my new uni; a 29er.

I got what I wanted, when I wanted it, for the right price.
