KHB Photografix is open Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm. Our offices are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and statutory holidays observed in Ontario, so we may not be available on weekends or holidays to answer questions or send invoices. Be assured that we will respond to your purchase or inquiry as quickly as possible.

Payment Methods
If combining multiple purchases, we recommend that you wait for our invoice before making your payment as there may be shipping discounts applicable that are not automatically calculated by eBay.

PayPal - all customers are welcome to make their payment through PayPal. Payment can be made in US or Canadian funds. Please note that the address provided in the PayPal payment notification will be your shipping address, so ensure that the address registered with PayPal is correct.

VISA / MasterCard - all customers are welcome to make their payment directly with VISA or MasterCard. Payment can be made using our secure on-line payment page at https://secure9.securewebexchange.com/khbphotografix.com/auction.html, or by calling us at (905) 670-5166 during business hours, or by faxing the information to (905) 670-3293 at any time. Payments by credit card will be charged in Canadian funds at the prevailing exchange rate.

Shipping
To keep shipping costs as reasonable as possible, KHB Photografix uses the shipping services that we have determined are the most cost efficient. For the majority of shipments, this will be one of the Canada Post services. Please note that Canada Post does not provide tracking information except with the more expensive services such as Xpresspost. If you absolutely require express service or tracking, we will be happy to provide a quotation on request, but expect it to be considerably more expensive than the standard service.

To the USA
Packages shipped by Canada Post will be delivered by USPS, and typically arrive in about 7 to 10 days, but can occasionally take longer. For shipments with a value of over $200US, customs brokerage fees may apply and any such charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping services most often used are:

1st Class Mail - primarily instruction manuals and documents (no tracking information)
USA Light Packet - small, flat items under 100g shipping weight (no tracking information)
USA Small Packet Air - packages up to 1kg (no tracking information)
USA Expedited Parcel - packages over 1kg (delivery confirmation only)
FedEx Ground - heavier, bulky items such as enlargers (on-line tracking)

To International Destinations
Shipments by Canada Post will be delivered by your local postal service. Each country has their own policies and laws regarding customs fees, tariffs, duties, etc. applied to imported goods. Buyers are responsible for payment of all such fees. As required by law, packages will be labeled with customs declarations accurately stating contents and value. Typical delivery times are 7 to 14 days for European destinations, 10 to 21 days for Asia and Australia, but some packages occasionally take longer. Surface shipping is also available as a lower cost shipping option but we do not recommend it because the "delivery expectation" for surface shipments is 4 to 6 weeks. Services we use include:

Int'l Light Packet - small, flat items under 100g shipping weight (no tracking information)
Int'l Small Packet Air - packages up to 2kg (no tracking information)
Int'l Air Parcel - packages over 2kg (not available to all countries)
Xpresspost - packages over 2kg (expensive but relatively quick delivery and on-line tracking)

Within Canada
Sales to Canadian customers are subject to applicable taxes. Ontario customers must add 8% PST and 5% GST to the total of purchase price and shipping cost. Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland customers must add 13% HST. Shipments to other provinces and territories are subject to 5% GST only. Shipping services we use within Canada include:

Expedited Parcel - most packages (no tracking information)
FedEx Ground - heavier, bulky items such as enlargers and LPACK items (on-line tracking)
