Sizes: I've removed the size chart from this page as it is not applicable to all the brands I sell these days and may just cause confusion. I'll try to be as specific as I can in describing the sizes in each individual listing but if your not sure just let me know and I'm happy to help you make sure you select the right size.

Alright!Alright I'll do it!....Just kidding, but seriously, please dont email me to remind me to do your feedback, I havent forgotten. I leave feedback in batches when I have a few pages to do at a time so it is not so time consuming and I can devote more time to answering your emails. So sometimes you might get your pos straight away other times it might take a week (...or a little longer) dont stress, it's coming. (ebay allow 90 days for feedback to be left).

| Return Policy 1. If you changed your mind and would like to exchange your item or need a different size I simply ask that the buyer pays the return postage and the cost of reposting the new item. I dont charge any "restocking fees". You will have the option of an exchange or a store credit.
2.if the item you recieved is not what you had bid on/bought.- Please contact me first then the item must be returned within 7 days of receiving it in the condition it was sent in. I will pay the postage of the correct item and reimburse your costs of returning
3. If item is faulty in anyway.- Please contact asap and return your item for a replacement or in some cases a refund depending on available stock.
4. intimate items such as g-strings, underpants, boxer shorts etc cannot be returned at all unless faulty so please be very sure of your size before ordering as I wont change it for that reason. This rule applies to babydolls, camisoles, lingerie corsets and dresses which are sold with a g-string/underpants as part of a set. |
Postage Insurance Insurance for your parcel is currently optional. However I highly recommend buying it because parcels do occassionally disappear without a trace and I cannot replace noninsured items or refund for them. I will always co operate with giving Australia post any info possible to assist with any enquiry. Registered post and express post only for steel boned corsetry and other items which are $100 or over

In the event the lay by is cancelled any money paid will be refunded upon request, less the ammount of the initial deposit (to cover account keeping fees, ebay fees and relisting fees) |
