We feel it is important to reward all the bidders who FOLLOW THRU.... unfortunately, there are scammers out there that we have no control over. Since Ebay changed their feedback system - we have no checks & balances anymore, and the scammers now have no accountability. So, we must resort to not leaving positive until buyers do. We hardly EVER left a less than positive feedback in the past - but taking this ability away from us allows the door to open to less than honest individuals. Therefore we will leave glowing positive after receiving one - signals the buyer does not intend to use feedback to get us to do something we are incapable of doing. There are also many LOVELY PEOPLE out there as well, and WE LOVE to give HIGH praise to them.

We have a pretty good track record, so do bid with UTMOST confidence~! We are more than fair.

We have been truly honored by invitations to join the EBAY POWERSELLERS program...but had hesitated to join...We dont want to lose the personal touch we have with our buyers, nor appear we are too big to take care of them, because we are not... Nonetheless, we were truly honored. We have been a Powerseller in good standing since the year 2000, so we are here for the long haul. We do this in our spare time (what's that????!)...and we try to provide a caring personal touch with each package we mail. SOME notice, most dont, but none-the-less, it is important to us to treat you all as special people...just like we like to be treated. Laurie, Kay, Lisa, Dawn, Lois..those that we compete with, those we have become friends in selling with, those who bought from us that are truly our new friends....We respect you, and thank you for being there to help us, and we are there for you. You are special...we will always be here to lend you support. You also respect us ..those of you who have become sellers, & don't try to copy what we do, or to undersell our auctions. That is AWESOME. We will always give you the same respect you give to us. We are all unique in our own ways, and all of us have something to offer the buyers out there. So, there is much room for ALL of us here...and many of us have become friends. You are very special people. Although some of us sell the similar things, you wont find us putting you or other sellers down or comment that we do something better than you do. We will let the buyer decide how they are treated by us. They are the ultimate judge. We are no better than anyone else, but we promise we will treat you well. We cant say the same for others. It is all about scruples. Some have them, some dont. Those that dont know who you are. :-)

We also want to say this...The photos you see ON OUR AUCTIONS have been taken personally by US. We work hard to get you good quality photos. Much time is spent, as you can probably guess. We pride ourselves on that...and sometimes there are TOO many photos, but we would rather give too much than too little. If you see these photos on someone else's auction, rest assured, they are ours......& that they were copied without permission. We will let someone use the photo if they ask...and we have done so! BUT PLEASE dont do it while our auction is running. That is a No-No.

We also do some research when appropriate (and when time permits!) to include as much information regarding product so that you can make a good buying decision.....We know They say imitation is a form of flattery...(but NOT here!!) THEREFORE, we must add....

Our "shipping" charge stated is fixed. Our shipping is VERY VERY REASONABLE. This covers most of our actual shipping costs. The actual cost of shipping is the sum of postage, materials , and delivery costs. We have a shipping service to pick up and deliver packages to the various shipping facilities, including FedEx, UPS, Post office, etc... and this is included in the shipping charge we state in the auction. We have full time jobs and must depend on others to help us deliver to YOU. This is all figured into the stated Shipping charge. Costs are more than just the actual "postage" to mail something. Thanks for understanding. :-)

We also use special packaging, wrapping, labels & cards when we can, which are also a part of the shipping costs, and most people welcome the extra touches and secure packaging which we provide in preparing package for you. Our shipping/handling is very reasonable and much less than you would expect to pay shopping most online or catalog showrooms.

We do not make a dime on shipping - overall, we lose money. Packaging is expensive, as any who have paid $20.00 for a large garbage bag of styrofoam peanuts can attest, or 1.00 and more for a bubble mailer, or $30.00 for a roll of bubble wrap. Also, we cannot count the number of times that the Post Office has charged us more than we anticipated package to be. You get one cost quoted, then by the time the package is taken to the post office, it is more. It is commonplace.

If you cannot agree to pay the stated shipping costs, then please do not bid. We believe they are more than fair and not excessive. We are buyers, too, so we understand shipping & handling. We appreciate receiving a package packed securely & with care, and we don't mind paying a reasonable shipping charge. We dont want to pay exhorbitant shipping charges either, and we expect you dont. We respect that, and try to keep costs at a minimum. Please respect our shipping charges that are included in the auction, and please don't ask us to reduce. We will try to comply with alternate requests. If it can be shipped more cheaply parcel vs priority, for example, we can look into options. We do combine multiple wins as best we can to save you shipping also~!

Due to the hassles to file a claim and the increased rates of the Postal service, we carry our own insurance at times, and rates will be shown. Nonetheless, if you pay for the insurance, and package is lost or damaged, we will replace goods immediately if we have product if lost, or refund full item cost. If the item is a unusually fragile or high cost item, we sometimes purchase the insurance offered by the shipping companies. In any event, if you PAY for the insurance we offer, YOU ARE COVERED. Period. If you have paid for insurance, and your item has not arrived, you must contact us immediately. If tracking shows package was delivered to the address you provided, there is no claim. We had one incident where someone MOVED. Said they did NOT receive the package, assumed it would be "forwarded", but it showed delivered to the address they gave to us to ship package. Someone got that package, if not the intended recipient. There is no claim here. If package trace shows it was delivered, and it is stolen from your porch, home, etc....there is no claim.

Neither UPS or USPS or any other shipping service will pay claim for package that shows delivered. IF TRACKING SHOWS PACKAGE DELIVERED...insurance against "loss" is void. If the tracking is not sufficient for you to prove delivery has been made, then BUYER MUST REQUEST SIGNATURE PROOF or similar service...and pay the added cost of that service. MOST DO NOT WANT TO PAY. This is added protection against the few bad apples that may say it was not delivered as tracking has shown. Normal tracking is usually sufficient. As you can see from our history, losses are extremely rare, and we are honest with shipping information. If we ship it, and you do not get it, then there is a problem with the shipping service, not with our service. Please do not hold us responsible once it is shipped and out of our control. We will do all we can to help, but the shipping companies are the ones at fault should goods not make it to your door. Once it leaves our hands, we have to trust that they deliver as they promise.

We know of another situation where another seller showed package delivered, but home burglarized and package stolen. Once again..NO CLAIM. Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of shipment, or there is no claim. Unfortunately, this is to protect against some people who take advantage. Example: another "seller" I know of, shipped an item, it arrived...in a month the buyer said the toy "broke" and wanted a refund. THERE IS NO CLAIM HERE. Damage means damage in transit, not warranty on the life of the product. There is no warranty on things we sell. What you see is what you get. Please Bid accordingly!

We will be adding more as we get time. As ever, if you have any questions about our terms here, PLEASE ASK before bidding. If you bid, then you agree to the terms as stated. We are very clear up front, and we hope you take the time to read BEFORE bidding. That is the responsibility of the buyer. Please dont complain after the fact. Thank you for understanding~!

Please do not bid unless you intend to complete the auction. We start my auctions at a fair price, many times under what we paid for it...sometimes items take off, sometimes they dont. It evens out..BUT if you BID, then you should pay. Please dont bid up the auction, then complain that you bid too much. No one forced you to bid that amount, and really...is it fair to ask us to be responsible for your actions? Us sellers hope the bids go up!! Wouldnt you if you were us??

Your bid is a binding contract. Please read about bid retractions...it is NOT acceptable to retract a bid because you found something cheaper elsewhere. It is not fair to us, nor to the other bidders who may really want the item, but then are forced to look elsewhere because they have been outbid by you. Please Please Please...ONLY bid if you really want the item. PLEASE...Ask any questions first. We answer questions quickly!

If you do not pay within 10 days, as stated in the auction, the item may not be available for you, and we are very easy-going...but we cant tell you how many empty promises we have received, and how time consuming it is chasing down the payments, only to find out it is TOO LATE for us to recoup the fees from Ebay, and time has run out...only because we trusted someone. THEREFORE...

Payment is due within 10 days of the close of the auction. (very reasonable...as we do NOT take 10 days to send your item after payment is received.) We send same or next day most of the time. We will email you with payment instructions after the auction ends. ***PLEASE CONTACT US VIA EMAIL WITHIN 3 DAYS OF THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION WITH YOUR SHIPPING INFO & HOW YOU WILL BE PAYING FOR YOUR PURCHASE*** Bidders AND Sellers are both required to email at auction end. It is just not a sellers duty! Bidder has the same obligation to respond within 3 days. This just is complimentary & courteous on both sellers & bidders part.

If you do not hear from us, assume there is a mail problem, or possibly the mail arrived in your ISP spam box. (It happens). We will NOT send repeated emails. We have NO TIME to be chasing people down. If you do not respond within 3 days of the close of the auction and we don't receive your payment within 10 days of the close of the auction you WILL receive an Ebay Non Paying Bidder Alert. If payment not received, or arrangements made, we will file for FVF (Final Value Fee Credit) ..this is only a partial credit and what a non-paying bidder costs us by not following thru. When someone does NOT honor their buy, it costs us money. It's the only way for us to recover our fees. If YOU make it right & pay, AND the item Is still available, then we will NOT follow thru with filing non-paying bidder and ship your item. But, you must get us payment if agreed upon within 7 days. (that is, if item is still available) If not, we must follow thru and let EBAY know you really did NOT pay in order to recoup fees. If we must do that, you will have a strike on your record with ebay. (there is a "3 strike your out" rule...and you will be banned from buying on ebay). We also block all non-payers from bidding on future auctions.

If you are going on vacation you need to email us BEFORE you leave (in other words, if you are bidding and then leaving, email us to let us know). Please don't bid if you don't intend to pay on time. This only affects a few that dont want to play fairly, so we apologize to those of you who wouldnt dream of doing any of the above. Most people are very fair, and very good.

If we dont receive payment as expected, Please dont be alarmed if you receive a Non Paying Bidder notice from ebay. That is the ONLY way we can recoup our fees. If you want to reverse this...JUST PAY US~!! Once again, a pretty fair request~!

Thanks for understanding all these little sticky points. Most understand, but we want to spell it out plainly for those who may not. Please understand, this is nothing we made up to make it difficult here....if YOU dont honor your committment or your winning bid, we must carry on and recoup our losses fastest way we know how. This is NOT our doing. You bid, you win, you pay, we ship! Most of the time, it works just like that and like a charm!

RETURNS

We are very clear in our auctions, take lots of pictures, and welcome questions. We are not a store. This is a true auction. There are no returns. If we made a gross error in our description, email us with explanation. We will work with you. We are very fair and easy to get along with! In this instance, we would either offer you refund or exchange if we have another. If you find you do not want the item, we will even try to help you resell them. Otherwise, as stated ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns not accepted for buyers remorse, or if you found something elsewhere. We will not accept returns. If item is sold "new" and "sealed" ...and you open it and find a defect, we cannot be responsible. There are some switch & bait people out there that have tried to say, when opened product was "defective", and sent back their defect. We cannot put our "mark" on sealed products. This protects us from those that are not so honest and try the bait & switch. So, caveat emptor. We would never knowingly ship a defective product, but if it is sold in sealed package, and is defective, you must contact manufacturer of product to resolve. There is no warranty, express or implied, on any item. We are not responsible for manufacturer's defects. If you do not accept this then please do not bid. Thank you for following our terms.

OUR FEEDBACK

We don't consider any auction over until you have received your purchase, safe and sound and are happy with it. We simply ask: if everything has met your satisfaction that you leave feedback for us. If it isn't, please contact us and we will work toward that goal. We are working very hard to get you what you ordered FAST & in GREAT shape.

We promise you, that you will receive Feedback from us, as soon as we post feedbacks, which are done weekly. This is the only way we knew of to make you happy and at the same time reach a goal . We would LOVE to leave you the feedback you deserve, but we will do so when you (hopefully) get your package safely, and let us know when you leave Us feedback. We will leave you feedback, and then auction is COMPLETE.

We do appreciate your purchase very much, and please understand, this is in no means meant to be rude...but This method of leaving feedback helps to save us time and devote more time to getting your item shipped to you SUPER fast. PLUS.. we then know you got the item A-OK if we see feedback from you, and many times...this is the only way we know that you got it!...knowing you received item is important to us...and only then is transaction complete.

This in no way is meant to "hold you hostage"...like some of you out there may believe. We have good reason to adopt this method, especially with the new ebay feedback rules. Others can have a different opinion, but we feel strongly here. We would have to say in our experience that only 50% (high side) of bidders even leave feedback. (just take a look...you can see the feedback they do/dont leave). We must also add here...it is ashame, but true, that we have seen many that have (as a true example) over 129 feedbacks...but if you click on the feedback they left for others, you will see "5". NOW, we ask you...does that seem fair? We also have MANY MANY MANY that buy that have glowing feedback...and you click on them, and you see they have LEFT ZERO feedbacks...now that is a BIG FAT ZERO. Check it out...you will find it is true. One in particular we just shipped to....has 111 feedbacks of praise, and do you know how many they left? A big FOUR...that is 4!?

Sorry...but that is really unfair. We bend over backwards to package lovingly and ship securely and FAST, and we feel a small thank you in the way of feedback left should not be too difficult to expect in return. THEREFORE, we feel very justified in our way of dealing with feedback. You can see WHY we won't leave feedback right away. That is one reason why we adopted the policy. So, please we ask both you buyers & sellers out there...We respect how you choose to do feedback, please don't put those of us down who choose a different road. Plus feedback is entirely voluntary. Some just dont care to partake, and that is OK too.

SOME MINDLESS RAMBLING....:-)

We try very hard to be an eBayer that people enjoy dealing with, and we do that by being honest, friendly, responsive, and understanding. We have certain little "requests" that we ask buyers to comply with, and we, like most of you, have other obligations... full time jobs, & family...We would like to think that we are understanding to those unexpected situations that just "keep you from doing what you'd tried your best to do, when you said you'd do it!". We know we've had a few of those times too! We are softies for a person who COMMUNICATES, so if you'll just email us, we're sure we can work things out! We are all human beings, and we do try to follow the golden rule...TREAT THOSE LIKE WE WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED...(put simply)~!

We are all just normal people here trying to have fun while also trying to get some $$ back for stuff we had bought and paid way to much for years ago..sometimes we succeed at that, sometimes we fail. We love to hunt for bargains here, too, as well as put our treasures up that someone else may be looking for. It is like a huge wonderful swap meet! We are NOT pros at it, and most of the time, this comes only after homelife obligations are met..little things like work, family, helping with homework, sleep and yes, even feeding the dog~!... which sometimes doesnt leave all that much time for Ebay! But, it is a hobby, and 99% of the people here are kind & generous and looking to have fun and maybe get a good bargain too.

~We are Buyers AND a Sellers~...... So we try to look at things from both sides, regardless of which side we are on in the auction! We believe that each person has a certain expectation from the auction, and we try to keep that in mind when we deal with people. We believe Buyers expect to receive an item that is in the condition described in the ad, without any surprises, like exorbitant shipping fees that aren't clearly mentioned in the ad, (a pet peeve of ours!) and when they pay promptly, they expect that the item is also shipped promptly. They also want you to communicate with them in a prompt, informative, and friendly manner.

We believe Sellers want the Buyer to remember that it takes a LOT of time to properly list, package and ship an item, and also to keep good records, process emails & payments, while juggling a family & full-time job much of the time. THere are many hidden costs that we cant even begin to list, not limited to costs to offer certain online payment services, contracted services to deliver your packages, costs of gas/packaging supplies, costs to go hunt down freebie supplies to keep packaging costs low, costs of webspace to host pictures, as well as all the costs associated with the listing fees and costs that cant be recouped from non-paying bidders. There are many many more! We wont even go into the costs of doctor's visits from pulling a muscle dumpster-diving for free boxes (so much for FREE!) ha ha..

Sellers expect buyers to ask questions before they bid, and save everyone the grief of frivolous bid retractions, and unnecessary negative feedback. Sellers also expect you to "claim your item" promptly, and pay promptly, too, and a valid form of payment would be nice! (Again, a pretty reasonable request!). Sellers also do not want to hear excuse after excuse of why payment hasnt been sent, or spend unnecessary time emailing a buyer over and over again to hunt down the payment. This is a waste of time plus the inventory backs up because they were trusting that the buyer would follow thru as promised, only to find out it never would happen, and it is too late to offer the item to the second bidder because they found something else. Sellers also expect a courtesy email if there is anything about your purchase that you feel was not done correctly....Most of us really aim to please. Give us the chance before leaving a less than positive remark. That is all we ask~! Give the same courtesy as you would expect to receive.

And finally, they expect buyers to read and comply with the "terms" of their auction. If you don't like the terms....NO PROBLEM! Bid on a different auction with rules you CAN live with! That's the beauty of eBay! You have LOTS of choices! If you DO bid...then you bid ACCEPTING THE TERMS~! Then it is your responsibility to suck it up and follow through with your obligation!

We have met some TRULY WONDERFUL PEOPLE on eBay, and we think it is a FABULOUS home for "recycling" the old, the new, the used, and the unusual, and with a little respect and responsibility, we can all have a fun go at it all! We just want you to know that when we are Buying from you, or Selling to you, we are thinking about what you might be expecting from us, and we hope when the "trade" is over, you'll be glad that you dealt with us! We have an extremely good track record that we are very proud of over the past 8+ years....and we hope past performance shows you that the future holds more of the same~! We are in this for the long-haul.

Speaking of humanness....let us say one more lil thing...we wont hold it against you if you make a mistake...forget to email us...forget a payment...have to care for a sick child, get the flu...or anything that happens that we all dont just plan on.
