For clothing items, I would like you to know that I am a picky and fussy mom. I do not sell anything that I would not still put on my child. I like to buy quality brands for my children and I list their clothes pretty much as soon as they have outgrown them.
So now about me.
I am a Stay at Home Mom, wife and mother of three aged 6, 9 and 11. I have two sons and one daughter. Selling on Ebay has allowed me to be right where I want to be. I thank you for giving me the opportunity that I so greatly enjoy.
I have found Ebay to be a great resource and I have enjoyed meeting so many great people. I also enjoy the many conversations and chats I have had with my buyers and sellers. ( It helps keep me sane as I LOVE to chat !! )
I am a POWER SELLER on Ebay and I pride myself on my great customer service and excellent feedback. I have learned that no matter how hard you try, there is always someone that wants to rain on your parade so I am trying to learn to take it with a grain of salt. I hope that you can judge my fairness and honesty by the over 11,000 positive feedbacks that I have earned.

Please note that I ship items promptly. I ship items within 2 business days of your payment, sometimes within minutes of your payment. I have noticed that I am getting some low ratings due to shipping time. I think there are some buyers out there who may not understand the USPS timeline for shipping packages. I would appreciate it if you can base this rating based on the time it takes for me to ship, not how long it takes to arrive as unfortunately, I can not control the USPS system.
If you choose Parcel Post for your package, please note that it takes an average of 4-10 business days depending on how far you are from NY. Also if you are purchasing books, records or other media items, these are shipped Media Mail to dramatically reduce your shipping costs but again, the shipping time takes much longer, approx 4-14 business days. Please note that weekends do not count as business days for the USPS system.

** Please also note that I have now implemented a return policy. I can not accept Media Items due to the ability to copy but I am willing to accept returns under specific conditions. Of course, as always listed, I am human and if it is a major error on my part, I always do the right thing so please just email me and we will work it out. If it is something that you do not like, or whatever else the refund, I will accept a return as long as it is returned within 7 days and you contact me first. The buyer will also be responsible for original shipping and return shipping costs. When the item is returned to me in the condition in which it was mailed, I will issue a refund for the original purchase price not including shipping. ***
