We have done this by providing excellent customer service, outstanding loan abilities, and reasonable expectations for our retail sales. If you have any questions, feel free to send us an email, or give us a call... one of our loan associates or retail sales associates will be more than happy to assist you. We provide the same customer service on Ebay... as we do in our retail location. That means all questions will be answered in a timely manner (during normal business hours that means within the hour!), and all emails received during the evenings/ night's will be returned immediately the following morning. We take the time to answer all questions, and assure proper attention to auction listing accuracy, billing and shipping.
