We provide the same customer service on Ebay...
as we do in our retail location. That means all questions will be answered in a timely manner (during normal business hours that means within the hour!), and all emails received during the evenings/ night's will be returned immediately the following morning.
We take the time to answer all questions, and assure proper attention to auction listing accuracy, billing and shipping.
