Kirin Anime kirinanime( 9114) What's new? USPS raising rates in Jan 2009. Effective Jan 18, 2008, the United States Post Office (USPS) is raising the rates for all shipping services. We are reviewing the changes as they're released, but do not expect to increase our S&H rates at this time. We'll continue to give discounts for combined items. We constantly review our shipping policies and give the best possible rates. Email us if you have any questions regarding the rate changes. Changes to our shipping policy to Italy effective Dec 2007. We will only ship packages to Italy via USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Express Mail International. Insurance will also be required for all orders shipped to Italy. Shipping and Handling Yes!!! We give combined shipping rates for multiple items shipped together. Email us if you'd like an accurate quote or if you have any questions. Orders are shipped from Newark, California, USA. Your order is important to us. We pack all orders carefully and in appropriate packaging to make sure your items arrive safely and in perfect condition. We ship orders via United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders may be shipped to all addresses including PO Box. Fedex service is offered for some items. Fedex does not deliver to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses. Please select USPS shipping if you need your order delivered to PO Box or APO/FPO. We ship orders within 2 business days. Delivery time estimates listed are provided by the carrier (USPS or Fedex) and are meant to be used as guidelines. Shipping times are not guaranteed. Contact us if you wish your order delivered by a certain date or if you want to make other arrangements. We'll try to accomodate any requests. Returns & Refunds Email us if you wish to return an item or have any problems. You must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) in order to return your item. We do not accept returns for refund. Defective items may be returned for exchange or store credit only. S&H fees will not be refunded. Buyer pays the cost of returning the item. For US orders, we cover the cost of sending your replacement. For international orders, we may need additional S&H fees to send the replacement. You must contact us and ship the item in 7 days.
