I am always searching out new suppliers to bring different merchandise to E-Bay, and still keep the quality and service that you the customer deserves. BUSINESS HOURS

Our office hours are open from 8-5 et., Monday through Friday. Any e-mails sent after 5:00 pm. et., will be answered the following business day. Unless I am at my computer. We are more than happy to answer any emails that come our way and answer them in a timely fashion. No questions are “stupid“ questions. Just ask!

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept PayPal with the address payable to kaconcept@hotmail.com PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 10 DAYS after auction ends. We reserve the right to Re list and Sell the item on the 7th. day if payment has not been made and no specific contact has been made. If no contact has been made we file a "Non Paying Bidder Alert" on the 7th Day. We do understand that “Life” happens. If there is a problem and a payment can’t be sent out right away, all we ask that you let us know.

RETURN POLICY

DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PROUDUCTS we cannot give any refunds or returns. Exchanges will only be accepted if there was an error in shipment (wrong merchandise or color sent) or if there was a Manufacturing defect, for instance, missing buttons, hem not completely sewn or missing items on garment. When this occurs, the item will be exchanged for the identical item and size and shipped free of charge if still available and the merchandise has been returned to us in the condition that it was sent (original packaging, tags remain on garment) within 3 days of receiving product. All claims must be made within 3 days of invoice date. If you have any questions or concerns about the item, please contact us prior to bidding on the item. If you do have a problem with your purchase. Please contact us thru Ebay messaging system first, and we will do everything we can within the guidelines of our policies. Ebay and our website www.kisslingerie.net sales can not be combined.
