LONG AGO, I HAD A LITTLE PROBLEM WITH ONE EBAYER, THE ITEM WAS LOST IN THE MAIL AND I COULD NOT PROVE THAT I HAVE SENT THE ITEM TO HER.

IT'S MY FAULT BECAUSE SOMETIMES I SHIP THROUGH SCHOOL POSTAL SERVICE AND DID NOT GET ANY RECEIPT.

I FELT REALLY BAD BECAUSE MY BUYER WAS REALLY MAD AT ME, I REFUNDED HER MONEY MINUS THE SHIPPING. SHE WAS STILL NOT SATISFIED WITH IT, I DECIDED TO FORGET THIS MATTER. SHE DID NOT PURCHASE ANY INSURANCE AND I FELT HOPELESS BECAUSE SHE THOUGHT THAT I WAS NOT HONEST.

FROM THIS MOMENT, I LEARNED THAT I WILL ALWAYS KEEP RECORD FOR MY SHIPMENT PROOFS, SO I WILL NOT HAVE THIS KIND OF PROBLEM ANYMORE.

IF SHE READS THIS, I HOPE SHE WOULD ACCEPT MY APOLOGY BECAUSE I AM NOT PERFECT, I AM NOT...
BUT I KNOW, THAT I AM AN HONEST PERSON AND NEVER TRY TO DECEIVE MY BUYER AT ALL.


So, if you are in any way not satisfied with my business, please let me know, i am very open and reasonable, but please don't give me some crazy reason.. hehe..
Also, please understand my feedback policy and respect me as a seller. I will leave feedback right after my buyer left one for me, this is due to the past experiences BUT if you desperately need a feedback, (some seller require a lot of feedback in order to purchase from them) let me know and we can work something out, Ok?

Thanks to eBay (it helped my tuition a lot), i graduated May 2007! :)


I love beauty stuffs and that's the reason why I decided to sell them, because of my passion.
I think every human (both men and women) deserves to pamper their body, mind, and soul.

And I love eBay because I can get whatever i want to get, hahaha, no no, i am not promoting the "it"!
