POLICIES - PLEASE READ!! Payment We accept Paypal, Credit Cards, Money Orders, and Personal Checks ( Personal checks must clear before shipping) Money Orders and checks must be drawn on US banks. We do not accept WESTERN UNION or BANK TRANSFERS. NOTE:If your auction totals should be a different amount than what you see at checkout (due to i.e. air shipment or Canada, Alaska or Hawaii shipping) we will need to adjust the total for you to proceed with payment. Just email to let us know. Keep in mind that you can make a direct Paypal payment to "rhutchi007@aol.com without going through checkout. IMPORTANT: For you to see a total at the checkout you need to indicate there in the checkout what method of payment you will be using. Thanks! Fees FIXED AUCTIONS: When buying more than one item from a fixed auction we will need to charge more shipping than what your checkout total indicates. 1/2 for 2nd and 1/3 for 3rd. Feel free to ask for quote for more than one item. Shipping 1. IMPORTANT: WHERE DO WE SHIP TO? We will ship to the address given with payment, not the shipping address in the checkout or the one you give in a message with checkout. We charge to reship returned items. 2. Domestic Shipping: Items under two pounds will probably be shipped by USPS. Over two pounds we like to use UPS because of their tracking system, built in insurance and faster service. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes so if possible please give us a physical address to ship to. We ship daily with UPS. Only once or twice a week with the postal service which makes P.O.Box delivery that much slower. 3. International Shipping: As of 5/21 we are shipping only by Air. Surface is not longer available by the Postal Service. 4. Canada, Alaska or Hawaii Shipping: Ebay only allows only two shipping rates, domestic and international. Canada, Alaska and Hawaii rates fall between those two so if your auction mentions a different rate in the discription, that is your rate. If you are using paypal you can make a direct payment to "rhutchi007@aol.com without going through checkout. You will not be able to change the total at the checkout. It is cheaper for us to ship to Canada by UPS but we use the Postal Service as this will save you a lot of extra brokerage charges. 5.Puerto Rico and Guam: Shipping to these provinces is the same as Canada, Alaska and Hawaii as stated in the discription. 6. Australia, Russia and South and Central America: Your Postal system will not accept items over 42 inches in length whether shipped by air or surface. Please be sure the item you are bidding on is not over 42". We may not give the length on some items. 7. Greece: Cannot ship any sword or dagger to Greece. 8. Shipping Discount: We have a built in 10% shipping discount for more than one item purchased. Delivery 1. Length of Delivery Time: You will be notified when we ship your item. From our base in Arizona,delivery varies by UPS from 2 days for in state delivery and up to 4 working days to the East Coast. Postal may take a few days longer. Canada takes 7-10 days. Refunds & Returns We depend on returning customers therefore we try to do the best we can to keep your trust. Of course all damaged items will be replaced at no cost to you. We pick the best item we can to send you but if you are unhappy with an item maybe thinking the next one in stock will be better, and want to return it then you may and we will send another one but only if you pay shipping both ways. We must be notified within 2 days of your receiving your item of your intention of wanting to return it for any reason. If you think you may not want an item after bidding on it please do not bid. We will have to revoke the auction and it will go as a mark against your rating with Ebay. If you get 3 marks Ebay will revoke your bidding priviledges.
