Thanks so much for visiting! Our retail store is located in beautiful Colorado and has the same fun and whimsical inventory that you see in our eBay store! Our retail store has been around for almost 30 years now and it's always been family owned and operated! No big business box store here!

All of our items are brand new and first quality. A lot of our comeptitors sell "seconds" meaning that the item has a flaw of some type. Usually, in flags, it means that the sewing is not right or the printing is poor. We NEVER carry seconds. Our items are all from our manufacturers' current catalogs and of the highest quality. That doesn't mean that there aren't manufacturer's defects every once in a blue moon, so if you receive an item that has a problem, please contact us and we'll be happy to replace it for you. We've only seen this a handful of times but it's not impossible.

We try our hardest to keep our eBay store, website and our retail store stocked with new and whimsical merchandise perfect to decorate your porch, patio and garden! If, however, you are looking for something special that you don't see in our eBay store or on our website, please email us and we'll try to find it for you!

A couple of brief notes:

Shipping:

Our shipping costs reflect the actual cost it takes to get an item to you. A lot of folks that don't ship things everyday may not know what is involved in the cost of shipping. Shipping fees include the postage and delivery confirmation charges as well as envelopes, boxes, paper, staples, tape, business cards, ink, labels, bubble wrap, packaging paper, packing peanuts, gas to get the items to the post office or UPS and labor. We offer a fair shipping fee to get your item to you safely and quickly! Unfortunately, shipping is never free nor is it negotiable with us. Any seller that is offering free shipping is making up the cost somewhere else in their business.

We ship all of our items right away (usually within 24 hours of payment) whenever possible. In the rare event that we're not able to ship right away, we will email you and let you know.

Insurance:

Please make sure to insure your package....this is YOUR PROTECTION against loss or damage on the part of the postal service. We leave it up to you to purchase insurance by not making it mandatory. However, if your item comes damaged due to the postal service and you didn't purchase insurance, we have no course of action.

eBay's Star System (DSRs):

We want to make sure all of our customers understand exactly how eBay's new star system works. When you leave your seller feedback (us or any other seller you purchase from on eBay) you will have the opportunity to also rate their perfomance in the following areas:

Communication

Shipping Time

Shipping and Handling Charges

eBay's system is a 5 star system, which most people would think that 5 stars means "excellent", 4 means "good", 3 means "average", 2 means "fair" and 1 means "poor".

THAT IS NOT THE CASE WITH EBAY'S SYSTEM!!!

eBay's system works differently. If you give your seller anything BUT 5 stars, you are telling eBay that your seller failed. Here's a couple of eBay's repercussions for sellers: if your seller is a Power seller and their stars go under 4.6, they are no longer a Powerseller. If the seller's stars goes below 4.3 in ANY area, they can no longer list items for sale on eBay. Hence, anytime you give your sellers anything other than 5 stars in ALL areas, you are telling eBay they have provided you with terrible service and should be removed from selling on eBay (4 stars are less than 4.3 stars which is all you need to get removed from selling on eBay).

If there is ANY reason at all that you don't feel you can give us 5 stars in EVERY area, please contact us before leaving feedback. We want to understand what we could have done better for you and if it's something we can still change, we will sure try!

We love eBay for buying AND selling and it's definitely the best marketplace on the web. We just want to make sure you are accurately informed about what the star ratings mean before leaving them for any sellers. Unfortunately, eBay's description of what they mean does not really give an accurate view of how they're used. "Good" is just not good enough!
