Hello,  I would like to tell you a little bit about myself. My name is Kathy Thompson. I am married to my best friend and we have three wonderful children.  We own a  business that keeps us all very busy, but somehow I manage to find time for my hobbies and crafts.  I have been creating in some form or fashion since I was a young girl. I learned to crochet at the age of eight , thanks to my dear Mother , who was an amazing artist, she loved to paint with all mediums, draw, crochet , knit, cross stitch and many other hobbies. She taught all of her children a love for art and creating and using their  imagination. I thank her for that! She always said you never have to be bored unless you want to be. So true! She is and always will be my inspiration.

 I am a self-taught doll artist, I have been sculpting clay babies for 3 years  and I have found my passion! I am having so much fun creating and playing with baby dolls at my age....maybe it is my second  childhood LoL! I never know what gender or what the babies will look like when I start. That is the most fun! To see what they  become, because each little treasure has their own unique look and personality, which makes them true originals. It takes lots of time and patience to get all the detailed baby features,  it is a challenge everytime, but I find it very relaxing and rewarding in so many ways. 

I truly thank and appreciate everyone who have given my clay babies a home. I am always thrilled and honored  anytime someone would want to purchase something I created. To know they bring joy to other people and to get the nice feedback and kind e-mails from so many, makes it all worthwhile!  Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!  J
