Welcome to the ebay page for kitty_biscuit. Originally I started selling pet supplies on ebay, but diversified to high-end items from Waterford, Villeroy and Boch, Ralph Lauren and more. Recently, since the birth of my son, I have branched into childeren's clothing as well. My goal is to pass on great deals on high quality products to you!

 I can promise you, I am an honest and trust-worthy person. I do my best to be upfront with my descriptions and fair in my asking price and shipping costs. I always make shipping insurance available for the protection of my buyers within the US. I ship almost exclusively with the United States Postal Service, and ship Priority Mail the majority of the time. I also ship First Class Parcel and Media mail. Rarely, I ship Parcel Post, Priority is usually quicker and most of the time close to the same cost (sometimes cheaper!).

I want to allow every person who buys from me to have a positive experience. I always respond to emails within 24 hours and ship quickly (within 24 – 48 hours of posted payment). Take a look at my feedback, I think it says a lot. I know many people are hesitant to buy on ebay because of a bad experience; come buy from me and see what it should be like!

My philosophy on feedback: I only leave feedback once the transaction is complete and I know you have received your item. I do this because I feel feedback should reflect the entire transaction - the transaction is not complete once I mail your item, it is complete when you, the buyer, is happy. Feedback should reflect how people handle themselves in all types of situations – even if something goes wrong.
