we provide lots of high quality pictures so you can see what you are getting.  Please understand that any and all statements of condition are merely our opinion. We are not experts so please inspect the quality pictures provided to you and decide condition for yourself.
We do not use stock photos so what you see is what you will get.
Whenever we have a warranty or guarantee to pass on to you we will, otherwise we sell the way we buy - "As Is" No Refund. If there is a problem with an item please contact us to work it out before leaving feedback. If we make a mistake in the listing we will make it right. If there is another problem we will assess the problem and at our discrection we may offer a replacement or store credit. The only time a cash refund will be granted is if it is our error.
We generally obtain our items from working environments so most are working when we get them.
When possible we test to the best of our ability and post the results in the auction ad.
If we do not post test results please do not assume it is tested, as it is not.  If an item is NEW or NIB it will be stated in the description otherwise it is not new.
