Hi all - my name is Keith Kerswell and I live in South Wales.  I am a casual trader here on eBay.

I would like to take this opportunity to discuss my previous transactions.  As you are able to see my feedback comments are public as I feel everybody has the right to see your eBay history.

When buying an item I expect fairness.  If PayPal is what the buyer requires I always pay the instant the auction ends.  For this I do expect feedback first and a fair delivery time.

When selling I aim to dispatch item either the same day or the day following payment.  This depends on the time the auction ends.  For fast payment I will leave feedback straight away.

I sell no item which is brand new so I never offer a refund policy.  However, I am flexible and will attempt to rectify any problems you may have with an item you purchased from me.

I like to believe that my prices are fair.  All my items start with the price of 99p so they sell for what the market believes is correct. 

Regrettably I have noticed, as I'm sure you have to, a trend here on eBay with people bypassing eBay fees by having high P&P costs and there are some users who simply charge way too much for their P&P.  However, I like to think my P&P fees are competitive, fair and cover simply that - postage costs and packaging costs.  Additionally, I like to offer more that one delivery service - after all they say variety is the spice of life.

To make sure buyers feel safer, I have also added PayPal's Buyer Protection to my listings.  I hope this shows my commitment to excellent service.
