Hi all - my name is Keith Kerswell and I live in South Wales. I am a casual trader here on eBay.
I would like to take this opportunity to discuss my previous transactions. As you are able to see my feedback comments are public as I feel everybody has the right to see your eBay history.
There are two neutral feedbacks - one from a person who is no longer registered (take a look at their feedback page) and the other was retaliation as you can see.
The negative feedback was, in my opinion, left out of malice. I gave a refund of which me and the other user were equally happy but then the other user changed his/her mind and left that feedback. Obviously this is my account of what happened.
When buying an item I expect fairness. If PayPal is what the buyer requires I always pay the instant the auction ends. For this I do expect feedback first and a fair delivery time.
When selling I aim to dispatch item either the same day or the day following payment. This depends on the time the auction ends. For fast payment I will leave feedback straight away.
I sell no item which is brand new so I never offer a refund policy. However, I am flexible and will attempt to rectify any problems you may have with an item you purchased from me.
