Kats Ads: Huge Selection of Ads Under Ten Dollars including shipping

Hi---we are a husband and wife team---Glenn and Kathy from Albany, New York, home of the State Capitol. I am the director of a not for profit organization and Kathy is a stay at home mom.

I have always been a collector of things. A matter of fact, I used to collect quotes which led to me writing 14 quote books on sports. Occasionally, you'll even see them selling on e-bay. Several of the books did sell pretty well especially Golf Shorts. Some did not sell well especially Boxing Shorts (thanks to my dad, brother, in-laws and friends, it sold 19 copies in the United States--I'm exaggerating but not by that much).

I have not had a book published for several years but my last one was the now classic, Body Slams---1001 of Pro Wrestling's Funniest One Liners. It is considered by many as the War and Peace of Pro Wrestling. Sure, John Grisham and Stephen King may be better writers then I am but I never saw either of them ever write a pro wrestling quote book.

As a collector of sports items, I started collecting sports advertisements. Before I knew it, I had a ton of them. I found them to be enjoyable and nostalgic and easy to frame and display. I have several in my office--though none in the bedroom. Though I can't imagine why Kathy wouldn't want to have an ad of Willie Mays hanging in our room. We actully do have several movies ads in our room including one of her favorite movie--- the original, Father of the Bride  Anyway being the fanatic that I am, I started collecting thousand of magazines scouring ads that I thought would have appeal. I enjoy doing this and we have been growing our customer base dramatically over the last few months. I do the work on the ads and putting the items in the store and Kathy does the accouting and mailing. Our vow is to be always be professional, courteous and hopefully  humorous in our dealings with folks. My dad owned a baby carriage store in Brooklyn for many years and he taught me that the customer is always right. That is the philosophy that we adhere to and believe in strongly.
