The Microsoft Cashback program is offered periodically through the "CashBack.Live.com" website and is currently 25% rebated up to $200 per transaction, the rebate is available on up to 12 transactions per PayPal account.
Please go to http://www.live.com and search for items of interest to you, perhaps "Silver Coin" which should result in a list of items. At the top of the list there may be a link to eBay and the cashback logo, click on the logo and when you arrive at eBay.com you should see the logo near the top of the page under the search box. IF there is no Cashback logo Link on the first page of your search results then click on to the next page of results until the ebay link with the Cashback logo appears.
There are several rules you have to follow:
- You MUST have the logo on your eBay page when you click on a Buy It Now link.
- ONLY BIN (Buy It Now) transactions are eligible for the rebate.
- You must pay with PayPal, no checks (e-checks are OK) or other payment methods.
- You must verify your transaction AFTER purchasing by following the directions in a message you will receive in your eBay Messages folder

Why does the rebate percent change? The cashback percentage may change because eBay manages and governs keywords bought on live.com and cashback percentages, which are always subject to change at any time.
