The Lightbars are built from special Aluminum profiles, they are machined, cut, worked, wired, painted and finished by hand. The lenses too are cut by hand and are from high quality color PERSPEX or Plexi Glass. The controllers are built from scratch using up-to-date technology of manufacturing and programming. They are all hand built to very high standards to guarantee perfect functioning. They contain extremely high power transistors to amplify and power the high power bulbs of the light bar. All our products are fully tested for 12 continuous operating hours before they are shipped to you in order to that guarantee you receive a perfect product.
