Payments
Kodak Auctions accepts only Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards
that are issued by US banks with a US billing address. We do not
accept any other forms of payment at this time.
Checkout: After winning an item in auction
or completing a Buy-It-Now purchase, you will receive an email with a
link to your checkout at Kodak.com, where you will be able to quickly
and conveniently pay for your purchase.
Please note: You must pay for your auction within
seven (7) days of winning.
Kodak Store promotions, including but not limited to discounts on merchandise
and shipping, do not apply to items purchased on eBay. Items are
not eligible for pickup and must be shipped to the winning bidder.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling charges will be added to the cost of your
order. Shipping rates are based upon the winning bid for each individual
item. Unfortunately we are not able to offer combined shipping for our
items. Generally, all orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt, Monday
through Friday. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO, APO, or
FPO boxes.

Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, will
generally be processed, billed, and shipped that day. Orders placed after
3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard time, Monday through Friday, or on weekends,
will generally be processed and billed that day, and will generally be
shipped the following business day. In most cases, your credit card will
not be charged if Kodak declines to accept your order. If your card has
been charged, Kodak will process a refund. We do not ship on Saturdays,
Sundays or national holidays.
Note: All orders to Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped Next business
day and will arrive in 2 business days. Next business day orders to some
remote continental U.S. locations won't arrive the next day. Kodak.com
ships only to the 50 U.S. states.
Packages sent "Standard (3-6 Business Days)" should arrive within 3-6
business days, depending on destination. Shipping rates are shown below.
Please note that Kodak Store promotions, including but not limited to

Best Offer Policy: If you are placing a "Best Offer"
on one of our store listings, that offer is for the item on that listing
ONLY. Will will not accept offers for multiple items or bundles.
We have an automated best offer system and will not read any comments
included with the best offer.
In the interest of our customer's protection, Kodak can only complete
the sale of product to winning bidders with a US ship-to and US bill-to
address. We cannot ship outside the United States.

In the event your shipment will be delayed more than thirty (30) days
after the date of your order, Kodak will attempt to notify you by e-mail,
using the e-mail address you provided, and you may elect to cancel the
order. If you elect to cancel the order, Kodak will issue a refund.
Warranty
The only warranties Kodak provides with respect to any product or service
purchased through the KODAK Store are those warranties, if any, set forth
in the written Kodak documentation accompanying such product or service.
Returns
You may return any product purchased through the KODAK Store within thirty
(30) days of receipt, provided that the product is unused and repackaged
in its original packaging materials. For further details, please read
our Return
Policy. If you received the wrong product, or a product that is damaged
or defective or contains a damaged or defective part, you may contact
us to obtain return instructions, or to obtain a replacement part.
Sales Tax
Kodak collects and remits sales taxes as required by law on purchases
made via the Site. If you have tax-exempt status, you must provide a valid
tax exemption number evidencing your status at the time of purchase. Kodak
will not refund tax amounts collected in the event a valid number is not
provided. If you provide a number that is not accepted for any reason
by any governmental or regulatory authority, and Kodak is required to
pay tax on your purchase, you will reimburse Kodak for the amount of such
tax, and Kodak’s reasonable expenses incurred in connection with the payment
and collection of such tax.
