While recently doing some not-so-serious browsing in the ebay community, I decided to check out the ebay Life link. After looking at several examples of "aboutMe" pages, I decided it was time to do some creating of my own. So, undaunted by the immensity of the task, chin stuck out at a jaunty angle and thoughts of filthy lucre swimming through my mind, I hunched over my super charged Smith-Corona and pounded out a page. Not happy with that, I borrowed an idea from Calvin & Hobbes and built a transmogrifier and ran that page through it. The result is this highly plagerized document that is best suited for lining the bottom of bird cages and litter boxes.

Me, me, me, me, me...
I live in a small town in Saskatchewan, Canada called Warman. For those not sure where that is , its about 20 kilometers (15 miles) north of Saskatoon. Still don't know where I am, click here to see where I am talking about. I work for the City of Saskatoon as a support services supervisor with the Infrastructure Sevices Department. Most of my time is taken up doing inter/intranet and databasing application design. I also am a computer resource person for my fellow prisoners (I mean co-workers) in my office. I am an avid stamp collector currently collecting the stamps of Canada and stamps of the Commonwealth kings, Edward VII, King George V & VI.

What I Really Like To Do

While selling on ebay is fun, my real fun comes from woodworking. I am a member of our local guild, The Saskatchewan Woodworkers Guild. As a member, I also teach a course in pyrography (woodburned art) as it is also something I love to do. My woodworking focus right now is making and selling custom canoe paddles and I have gone online with them at 'S' Creek Paddle Company. You know what they say, when you are up 'S'*** creek you need a paddle. :>)
