What I am collecting:
Currently I am after Transformers Generation One parts, paperwork, boxes, and complete toys at reasonable prices. Which complete toys really depend on the price and how much I wanted them as a child.
What I am selling:
Currently I am selling off my old toys from when I was a child as well as other knick-knacks I come across. In the near future I plan to sell off portions of my extensive comic book collection.
Grading
Toys: When it comes to my grading of toys I do not agree with labeling them with a "C" scale. Different toys have different things to look for. And there is the problem of one person's "C9" may be another's "C7" or vice versa. So, instead of hoping a buyer's grading is similar to my own, I attempt to describe an item in detail and give all it's faults. I also try to take the clearest and sharpest pictures of an item. In some instances I put multiple pictures for different angles. I feel people deserve to know what they are getting and seeing more than just a single picture let's them do just that.
Cards: I grade cards according to what you will find in most price guides and respected stores. I am very picky on card quality and that being said I never label a card as mint. Even when they come out of a pack there is a chance for an off-center cut or a scuffed corner. My grading scale is this: Near Mint / Very Fine / Fine / Very Good / Good / Fair / Poor. You can break them down into percentage of guide like this: 100 / 80 / 70 / 60/ 50 / 40 / below 40. I also try to list what may be wrong with a card to give it it's grade.
Comic Books: Comic grading is in the same respects as my card grading. They fall under the same grading scale.
When buying from me:
I expect contact within 3 days of the end of the auction and payment within 10 days. Examples of contact would be emailing me, sending an invoice request, or receiving the payment itself. If one can't do this I rather they do not place a bid. If something comes up in the middle of the transaction that will cause a delay simply let me know. If one really wants an item but can not pay within the 10 days (perhaps they do not get their paycheck for another 2 weeks?) they need to email me and let me know so I know they are not a dead beat bidder. In the extreme instances of a bidder not contacting me at all or not paying after the end of an auction I will relist the item or send a 2nd chance offer. Then I will leave the appropriate feedback.
Packaging
I take great care in packaging items. Items are generally individually wrapped and then surrounded by adequate padding to prevent damage during shipment. You can check my feedback and see what others have said about my packaging. In the end I guess one can say I package items how I would like what I buy to be packaged.
Feedback
I take feedback very seriously as it defines a seller/buyer on eBay. I expect feedback to be exchanged for each and every transaction done.
My buying from others:
When I win an auction I am ready to pay on the spot as soon as I know the total. This is unless the seller has more than 1 item I want and I wish to combine shipping.
