(Frequently Asked Questions)

Q. What payments will you accept?

A. I accept PayPal, credit cards through my merchant account, and US Postal money orders. I prefer PayPal, as it's easiest for me, but any of those payment options work. Credit card payments are processed through Mals-e-commerce, secure shopping cart software, and then entered manually through my credit card terminal. As an alternative, you may give me credit card information over the phone. Please do not email credit card numbers, as this is not secure.

Q. How soon will I get my beads? What's your shipping policy?

A. Shipping via USPS is now free worldwide for all orders. Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Shipments usually take 3-4 days in the US, 1-2 weeks internationally. For international shipping, please do allow 4-6 weeks. Please make sure the address you provide is correct and complete. You may purchase insurance at $1.30 per $50 ordered (U.S. only, please).
Please note that anyone making an international purchase is responsible for their own duty fees or any other fees imposed by their home country when receiving packages.

Q. What is your return policy?

A.I want to make sure that you are completely happy with your bead purchase!

For returns/refunds in the same condition the items were sent: If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item purchased here at Air & Earth Designs, you may return it for a refund. I ask that you please obtain a refund authorization by emailing me within 10 days of receipt of the item. Refunds do not include return shipping costs.

For replacement of broken beads: If a bead should break during the first 6 months, you may return it for a replacement. Please email me and let me know if this happens.

To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.
