UNPAID ITEM CLAIMS CLOSE ON THEIR OWN AFTER A CERTAIN PERIOD OF TIME OR YOU CAN SHOW EBAY PROOF THAT THE ITEMS WERE PAID FOR AND THE UNPAID ITEM STRIKES WILL BE REMOVED! SORRY IF THIS INTERRUPTS ANYONES SHOPPING BUT IT IS NOT OUR FAULT YOU CANNOT PAY FOR YOUR ITEMS IN LESS THAN 8 DAYS! THIS HAS BEEN LABELED THE CHASING_RAINBEAUS ACT! KSMHOBBIES!
PS: ON 7/11/08 CHASING RAINBEAUS LEFT US NEGATIVE FEEDBACK STATING SHE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEMS. THIS BUYER NEVER TOLD US SHE RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEMS. ONE ITEM WAS LEFT OUT OF HER PACKAGE IN ERROR AND WE IMMEDIATELY ISSUED A CREDIT. A MESSAGE WAS SENT TO CHASING RAINBEAUS REQUESTING INFO CONCERNING THIS "WRONG ITEMS" ISSUE. AS OF TODAY, 7/13/08, WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE! BUT WAIT....IF YOU LOOK AT CHASING RAINBEAUS NEGATIVE FEEDBACK, YOU WILL SEE SHE IS NOT FAMOUS FOR ANSWERING MESSAGES.
WE HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS ON EBAY SINCE 2005 AND HAVE BECOME VERY DISILLUSIONED WITH EBAY AND A FEW OF THE EBAY BUYERS. WE HAVE ALWAYS TRIED TO OFFER FIRST RATE PRODUCTS AT A LOWER THAN RETAIL COST. OUR POLICY IS TO SHIP ASAP USING A POST OFFICE THAT IS OPEN FROM 6AM TO MIDNIGHT 7 DAYS A WEEK. WE HAVE NOT INCREASED OUR SHIPPING RATES SINCE WE BEGAN THIS LITTLE ADVENTURE EVEN THOUGH THE POST OFFICE HAS INCREASED THEIR RATES TWICE IN THAT SAME TIME PERIOD. WE HAVE BEEN GIVEN NEGATIVES DUE TO POSTAL ERRORS AND DAMAGES TO PACKAGES WHILE IN THE POSTAL SYSTEM.
ALL WE ASK OF OUR EBAY CUSTOMERS IS TO BE POLITE TO US WHEN MAKING A COMPLAINT AND TO USE COMMON SENSE. IF YOU DON'T PURCHASE INSURANCE WHEN IT IS OFFERED, IT IS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO SEND ADDITIONAL PRODUCT WHEN IT IS DAMAGED BY THE POST OFFICE. YES, WE DO SOMETIMES MAKE ERRORS, IT IS ONLY HUMAN! BUT WE ALSO TRY TO GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PROBLEM AND FIX IT IN THE BEST POSSIBLE WAY FOR EVERYONE INVOLVED. BE POLITE AND PLEASE DON'T AUTOMATICALLY THINK WE ARE OUT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU.
