With an avid interest in computers and a strong background in Hospitality and Customer Service EBay was a natural setting for me! After one of those 5 minute "Management Restructuring" decisions after 33 years with a local company I decided to go into sales on my own. I had been selling on EBay for a year part time and decided to go full time and devote all my attention to sales and service. 4 years and a lot of buying stock later, we carry the Victorian Patterns and styles...and then you'll see where I journey out of the box and into the Roosters, Frogs, and whimsical things....If the paper did nothing else for me it made me just crazy enough to enjoy what I'm doing and you'll see that when you do business with us. A customer once told me "This is my 1st purchase on eBay, PLEASE make it a good one!". Our promise to all of our customers is "We don't live by the standards at KT's, we SET them!" I know from a competitive atmosphere that at any given time there are 10+ MILLION listings on EBay and I'm a small fish in a big pond. So what can a person do to build a business? My thoughts are that in order to succeed you have to be better than the next guy. There aren't many unique products anymore, but there is unique service!
