A Good Mix: Books and Sportscards I must be one lucky guy--making a living surrounded by books and sportscards. Our shop--The REMARKABLE BOOKSHOP--opened in 1979 as a New & Used retail shop. We expanded into sportcards in 1985. Little did we know the card business would grow to what it is today! Our EBAY Auctions... EBAY AUCTIONS have become an integral part of our store operations. When we make purchases of collections--whether they are railroad books, or a complete collection of Doc Savage--the huge eBay marketplace is a perfect place for us to sell. Most of our auctions, however, are sportscards--everything from new wax to rookie and memorabilia cards to older wax and complete sets. Currently we are going through our storage areas of boxes and sets we have "put away" over the years and are making them available on eBay auctions. Collectors who love a bargain are finding that "older" wax is much more affordable than newer wax! We take our internet business quite seriously as our perfect (to date) feedback (over 1600) attests, and we would love to have you as a regular visitor to our current auction listings.
