Welcome to paradise, the place that we call home. Kentucky is known for it's Horses, Bourbon, rolling Bluegrass Farms, southern hospitality and low cost of living expenses.

Our weather is great - nothing extreme. I tell people we get about 2"-3" of snow, 2-3 times a year and it is gone in 2-3 days. Fair answer. Right here where I live, I am within 45 min-1 hr of both of KY's largest cities - World-class Lexington and History-Rich Louisville.
The Bluegrass region is within 3-6 hrs of most midwest cities such as Chicago, Atlanta, St Louis, Cincinnati, Nashville, Indianapolis, Columbus, Knoxville, etc. We are within 5-15 minutes of all amenities for our everyday needs - Grocery Stores, Movies, Starbucks, etc. We are also between Lexington and Louisville so shopping for that special something isn't more than 45 min to an hour or so away - with no traffic!
