ITEM DESCRIPTION: All of the items I sell are BRAND NEW. All balloons are two-sided, self-sealing mylar balloons, that do require helium in order to make them float. I describe my items that I sell to the best of my ability. You should ask any questions before you purchase.

 

PAYMENT: Payment is expected within FIVE days of auction's end or item will be relisted. I accept PAYPAL only!! If you do not know how to use Paypal, please go to www.paypal.com and click on help.

 

SHIPPING INFO: I do not, and cannot ship every day. I ship two days a week, usually on Tues. and Thurs. If you need your items fast, please contact me BEFORE YOU PURCHASE to see if I am able to ship them quickly for you. There are times when an item could be out of stock, or I sell out of them the day you purchase. This is beyond my control, especially with high demand items.

 

SHIPPING COSTS: I combine shipping on all items! After making your purchases, please wait for my combined invoice and then you can make one payment. My shipping & handling prices are fair and reasonable. Please do not purchase if you do not agree with the shipping costs.

 

SHIPPING TIME: Please order early!! I cannot stress this enough! I am ABSOLUTELY NOT responsible for shipping transit time. I do not work for the post office, and I cannot control what they do with packages after they have left my hands.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIME: At this time I only ship to the US and Canada. Thanks for your understanding. International customers, you should allow 2 - 4 weeks to receive your item(s) Although USPS says 10-14 business days, sometimes it takes much longer than that. I cannot control how fast your items will be delivered. PLEASE ORDER EARLY!
