WELCOME TO MY ABOUT ME PAGE!
Thank you for visiting my About Me page! I've been Ebay-ing for over 10 years - and I LOVE IT!!! I sell mostly designer clothing, shoes and accessories --- and add new items EVERY DAY!
Living in Los Angeles gives me access top top Designer names and fashionis. AAAND I'm fortunate enough to be married to a PRODUCER/SCREENWRITER/ AUTHOR --- so I get oodles of AMAAAAAZING items directly from Actresses, Studios and Stylists!! It's always a big thrill when an A-A-A List Actress call and asks me to snoop though her closet --- it's a test of willpower not to keep it all for ME!!! lol!
I used to be a TV NEWS REPORTER. I worked at all 3 networks and on a number of news magazine shoes. The experience was AMAZING --- I traveled the world -- interviewed Presidents, Celebrities and Every Day people. I also worked in local news here in LA, covering the OJ Simpson Trial --- which changed the way many of us approached journalism --- and probably the way many of you viewed us! As a local reporter I also had the chance to appear in a few films, playing... what else!... a REPORTER!!! I'll sum it up by saying working with WARREN BEATTY in BULLWORTH was THE BEST!!!!
MY FAMILY
I'm married and have 2 wonderful step-daughters. They look like their father, who is part Hawaiian-Chinese and very handsome! They've recently started selling on Ebay -- Emily sells under la*stars!, while Rachel sells under fenceinggirl90 --- so please check out their things!!!
2009 EBAY GIVING WORKS!
In June of 2009, one of my long-time clients, Farrah Fawcett, past away after losing her struggle against cancer. Ithough I'd sold Farrah's things in the past, I started donating the proceeds to two of her favorite charities --- THE AMERICAN CNACER SOCIETY and LA ANIMAL SHELTER. Lo and beyond, Ebay sent me an email saying that la*style RAISED MORE MONEY FOR CHARITY in JULY, AUGUST and SEPTEMBER 2009 than ANY OTHER GIVING WORKS SELLER! Thank you all for your support and generosity --- we did it TOGETHER!
