Please make sure you ask all the necessary questions before purchasing or bidding.
I will only issue a Refund due to Authenticity Issues.
I guarantee that all my items are Authentic.

I am in Japan and not able to call a Boutique out of my Country.
Once I receive the info stating that the item is indeed not Authentic, I ask that you ship the item back to me in the condition that you received it.
Once I receive the item and confirm that it is indeed the same item I shipped to you I will issue a 100% Full Refund (Including Postage).

Please have the item Authenticated through MyPoupette and have the item shipped out to me within 5 days.

I try very hard to work things out with my buyers but I also have to protect myself from people that have bad intentions.
