Me at my best:

Even before Ebay, I called myself a clothes horse and I had an eye for nice things of good quality. Finding a good deal, I would wish I could buy it for a particular person in mind or wish I knew someone who needed it. Now I get to buy all those new or looks new items and pass it on to a customer base through Ebay. Or sometimes I find something that I think someone else might be looking for.

Look closely at my feedback and see how happy my customers are that something is better than pictured. 

As you will see on my listing page, "Pictures are worth 1,000 words". I take great pride in what I sell and am not satisfied until my customer is satisfied. I am very open and invite questions, so don't hesitate to write.

If you are ever 'out and about' and see me, let me know that you are a colleague. I love meeting other ebayers.

SHIPPING

If you feel or believe that I deserve less than a 5 star rating, please communicate with me and let me know how I can improve my customer service for you abd future buyers. I usually have a flat rate to include shipping and a small handling fee. I have adopted a new policy of sending a refund to a customer when they live closer so that shipping is less than stated. A dollar or two here and there adds up so I pass the savings on to you.

I know from personal experience that when I buy something I want it as soon as possible. Well, shipping for me as soon as possible is usually within 12 hours of payment received. I do ask that you let me know if you are particularly in a rush for something so it doesn't fall between the cracks.

RETURN POLICY

If I make a mistake, I will not be defensive but will admit it and make it right to you as the customer. I never want to send something that is not top notch (flaws are always disclosed). Please take care of this right away so we don't drag it out.
Listings
To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.

Note: Anonymous names may appear more than once and may represent different bidders.
