Frequently Asked Questions

How soon will I receive my item?  Our items ship within 3 business days of payment.  We ship via the USPS.  You normally should receive your item within 5 business days from shipping. 

Can I have a tracking number?  Because we use all eBay software to process our orders you can view your tracking information by going to the completed auction page and clicking on Order Details.  About half down that page you will see the shipping information.  Click on it and it will take you to the USPS site where you can view the tracking of your item. It is very important to note that the number you see is not at traditional tracking number.  It is a delivery confirmation number.  This means the item will not show you a step by step location of the item in transit.  It will only show when the package is out for delivery and delivered. 

Can I use a different address? We only ship to your confirmed Pay Pal and eBay address. Our entire shipping process is automated based on your Pay Pal data - we have no way of changing your shipping address.

Do you ship internationally?  No. We ship only to the United States. 

Can I use my shipping account number to ship my item?  No.  We are a company and are logistically set up to provide quick service for all of our customers with our shipping protocol.

I am unsatisfied and need to return my item.  No problem simply contact us via the eBay message system and we will supply you with the information needed  for a return.  You have to have an RMA# for your return to be processed.  Please note returns must be shipped back to us within 5 days of the original delivery. 

What color is this item?  We do our very best to describe the color in the title of the auction. We also try to describe the other main colors of an item within the listing.  Because we spend so much time on the pictures and calibration of our equipment we suggest using them as your best guide as to the color of the item. If your monitor does not show what we suggest to be the color, chances are you should calibrate your monitor.

I have contacted you and have not received a reply.  Please note our business hours are Monday through Thursday 11 am to 4 pm eastern standard time.  In most cases you will receive a reply to your email during the same business day.  Any email received after 4:00 on Thursday will be answered on the following business day.  NOTE:  YOU MUST USE THE EBAY MESSAGE SYSTEM.  EMAILS TO OUR PAY PAL PAYMENT EMAIL ADDRESS WILL NOT BE ANSWERED.
