 Let us introduce ourselves:
We're a friendly and creative bunch of glass bead makers
from the Southeastern part of Virginia. (757 is our area code, in case you're
wondering...) Our group meets monthly for support, advice, sharing of ideas and
techniques, and networking. Delicious food is often served.
What are these auctions all about?
One of our members suggested that we have a monthly
challenge, to encourage us to try techniques and materials
that we might otherwise shy away from. Since one of our
goals is to be able to afford to bring to our area some of
the more experienced lampworking teachers, we decided that
we would offer an auction of the complete set of each
month's challenge beads to add to our "Bead Class Fund".

We have been offering auctions since Feb. '04

Designs, members of our group who hosted our first auctions. Now the group
has started an Ebay account of our own, but that means we have no feedback
rating yet. However, if you're anxious about purchasing beads from us (since, we
are, of course, BEADMAKERS!) many of us have our own ebay feedback ratings

We
take pride in our work:
Although our members represent varying stages of
experience in bead making, each of us takes great pride in
presenting our work to you. All beads have been kiln
annealed and come to you ready to put into your jewelry
designs or fondle worthy bead collection. Check back each
month, and enjoy the diversity of the many different types
of handmade glass beads that you'll see!
Your satisfaction is our goal:
If you are ever unhappy with the beads you have received
from us, we will be happy to exchange them, or issue a
refund, less postage & fees. Please let us know within 2
weeks of receiving your beads, so that we can make
appropriate arrangements for your satisfaction.
