Pirouette Performance Costumes is owned and operated by dancers. We invite you to shop
our Ebay store for Ballet, Jazz, Ice Skating, Cheerleading, Baton, Cabaret, Winterguard,
Gymnastics, Dress-up and Pageant Costumes. We carry many styles of dance costumes available on-line through Ebay.
- All costumes are new, 1st Quality, made in the USA or Canada.
- Because they are new they will need to be pressed before wear & straps might need to
be fitted. Flowers, trims and decorations that are included will need to be sewn or tacked on to the costume.
- In some instances the colour of the costume may vary slightly from photo due to
the photo scanning process and /or varying monitor settings.

Store Policies
Check-out Policies:
After the auction closes we will automatically send you an email with checkout instructions within four hours of auction close. Our email will contain a link to our checkout page where you will be asked to provide your name, postal address and shipping preference for invoicing. Once you have submitted your checkout information we will send you another email within a few hours with an invoice including shipping costs and payment instructions. Please do not use the Ebay checkout system as this will only delay your order processing.
We will gladly hold your winning auction items for two of our consecutive auction periods, please let us know.
Payment Policies
Payments can be made via International Money order, Paypal and Bidpay. Payment is expected within 7 days of close of auction. We accept funds in USD or CAD.
When making payments please use the payment link provided in the invoice you received from us after you submitted your checkout information to ensure prompt processing. Neglecting to use our checkout may cause order processing delays.
USA MONEY ORDERS: Money orders in US funds must be negotiable outside the USA. For your information the USPS carries International Money orders, which are negotiable outside the USA and are pink in color.
PAYPAL: We reserve the right to accept or deny Paypal payments from Unverified Paypal members and/or Paypal members with an UNCONFIRMED address. If this is your case, please inquire before bidding on or purchasing our merchandise.
All sales are FINAL. However if you have a concern about your item, or an issue that needs to be addressed by us, simply email us. We will be happy to assist you with your particular situation. If you choose to leave us negative feedback on eBay before attempting to resolve the problem in the above manner, we will accept this as final resolution to the matter. Please contact us, we are always ready to help!
In the case of NON-PAYMENT a report will be filed with Ebay in accordance with Ebay policies. Since we pay eBay for the commissions and listing fees for every closed auction, we have already invested in your item. In order for us to get a credit for these fees from eBay, we submit to eBay a report of all buyers that fail to pay for their item. eBay then credits us for the fees, and notes the customer as having failed to pay after winning an auction.
Shipping Policies:
We use Canada Post to ship our products. We also accept requests for shipping via UPS, United Parcel Service. We generally ship within 48 hours after having received payment.
Any or all customs fees, duties and/or taxes and VAT are the responsibility of the buyer.
We are not responsible for postal delays and/or missing parcels. Insurance claims for missing parcels will only be issued pending a Canada Post inquiry.
