About My Policies:
I cannot offer returns. I actually did at one point but I soon found myself scammed so please make sure you really want the item before you bid and insure your shipment just in case! I can't be responsible for damages that happen due to the post office (and I've had my own items show up stuffed in my mailbox, bent) but if you purchase insurance, you can get a refund if it's damaged or lost.
Shipping turnaround is 3-7 days after Paypal payment is received. Please be aware I live in New York and we are prone to horrible storms in the winter that may delay items getting sent out. If you need an item by a certain date, you need to tell me and you may need to pay extra for express shipping. Don't leave me a neutral feedback after the fact because I couldn't get your package there two days after you paid - if I don't know, I can't deliver.
Due to my disability, I can only take Paypal payments BUT if you'd really like to buy something rare and don't have Paypal - I may be able to work something out. Please PLEASE only use this as a last resort. PLEASE NEVER SEND CASH. Not only is it against Ebay policy but if it gets lost, you're out of luck.
For commisions, I take 10% plus Ebay fees and prefer to meet in person to examine the item and take my own pictures of it. That way, I have hands on experience and can write up an accurate description.
Please do not ask me for donations. I love charity but I'm living off SSI and some of this money helps pay for things I need to get by.
About Feedback:
There are some not so nice folks on Ebay who seem to jump at the chance to leave a negative or rip someone off. I've been a victim of this four times in the seven years I've been a member. Before you leave me a negative feedback - contact me. It may be a misunderstanding. I'll be happy to try to work with you to resolve it if possible. |
