It is our mission to make it easy and enjoyable to create your own unique piece of quality leather furniture for your home. We believe the best way to achieve this goal is to provide quality European leathers and "hair-on" Cowhides for you to choose from and combine these with solid hardwood frames and a cutting edge suspension system designed especially for the leather furniture industry. We are located just outside Dallas, TX and have manufactured high-end quality custom leather furniture for over 20 years. The Beauty of Leather - Full-grain leather has individual characteristics that make each hide unique. Leather will always retain the marks of its natural origin. No two hides are ever alike. Due to varying grain structure, the dyes and finishes penetrate to different parts of the hide to give additional variations. Variations may include scars, stretch marks, growth marks, grain variations, neck wrinkles, backbone, graining, and branding marks. These variations are the markings of the highest quality leather and contribute to making your custom furniture unique. Construction Information: Seat cushions are removable and held in place with dual-sided Velcro. Removable back cushions are zippered to the frame. This feature makes cleaning your furniture quick and simple. Superior Construction - each piece of furniture is hand-crafted one piece at a time by leather artisans. Kiln Dried Frames - our frames are guaranteed for life and offer you a solid foundation. We glue, dowel, and bolt our frames together. Webbing Suspension - webbing suspension will outlast conventional spring suspension 5 to 1, and it offers you a more even and relasing sit. Webbing disburses weight evenly which maintains lasting comfort. Our webbing has a lifetime warranty. High Quality Foam - all foams used by Cowhide Western Furniture Co. meet or exceed the most rigid fire and hazard standards. Frame padding - leather should always feel and look luxurious. In our pre-upholstery stage we pad the entire frame so that your leather never touches wood. Covering Method - your leather is cut by hand and given to a seamstress to sew into arm and back slip covers. Once sewing is completed a master upholsterer takes the leather slip covers and places them over the entire modular padded frame, then adds the cushions to complete your leather seating. Limited Lifetime Warranty Information Every piece of furniture is covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty which protects your for a lifetime against manufacturers defects on the hardwood frame and suspension system. Our European leathers are covered for 5 years against defective dye-lots, cracking and peeling. Delivery & Shipping Information Delivery time will normally be between 2-4 weeks. Once your order is completed, we will contact you and give you shipping information. All shipments are insured and will be available for inside residential delivery if you should choose this option. Refund/Cancellation Policy Please remember that all of our furniture is custom made, therefore, we do not stock any furniture in warehouses. Because of this, we do not accept any cancellations once the leather has been cut for your order. Please take the time to make your decision carefully. Refunds will be given only in the instance of mistakes of color, leather or placement made by the manufacturing factory.
