Why we are doing what we are doing

Lauren started American Cycle Accessories in January of 2004. Why? First of all there was a need that was not being fulfilled, at least not to our satisfaction and as we found out not to our customers satisfaction.

Second, Harleys, other American made motorcycles, and metrics needed a source for unique, quality American products like the ones we are now making. Products made with pride. There is simply too much inferior product out there being passed off as the greatest thing since door knobs.

There are many other reasons but those were the biggest two that kept going through our heads

Our goal is to make products that are practical, yet totally different than anything else out there. By the responses we get, we know we are getting the job done.

January of 04 found us with a good product line to start with. Since then we have accomplished quite a bit. Right now,we are a nationally recognized manufacturer of motorcycle accessories that satisfy specific needs and leave customers wanting more. We are more than happy to comply. Without our cherished customers we are nothing.

Motorcycles, mostly Harleys have been a large part of our life for the last 30 plus years. We were doing the old school chopper thing when that was the only thing going. The chance to put our skills and love of motorcycles together has been great.

One of our primary goals is to make more custom motorcycle parts geared towards women. Right now one out of nine bikes are ridden by women. Let us know what you would like to see. All design, development, and production is done in our Pennsylvania shop. Local platers put the finishing touches on our work. We could have this work done in China like others, but we still believe in AMERICAN MADE GOODS. Wel do our best to continue to keep it that way.
