I have also learned a great deal about starting my own small business, so all in all, it works out great for our family.
For my customers, I want you to know that when you purchase something from me, I will treat you with respect and the way that I like to be treated when I am the customer. I will generally email you after I receive your payment, thanking you for your business and telling you when I am shipping your item. I ship things out at least 3 times a week, generally within 48 hrs of receiving your payment. I take the weekends off and if I receive a payment after Noon on Friday, or anytime on the weekend, I will usually mail your item out on Monday. I always leave feedback when I know that your item has arrived and you are happy with it. If you are not happy with it, please email me immediately. If you are pleased with your item, please drop me an email to let me know that you have received it and all is ok, or leave me a feedback. If I receive either of these, I know that our business is complete and will promptly leave you feedback. Please bid with confidence, my feedback should speak for itself.
