Payment
Payment is required within 7 days. PayPal is preferred but we’re also happy to accept cheques or postal orders. Items will be sent out as soon as the payment has cleared. International buyers, please pay via PayPal.
Postage
We post First Class unless a courier service is more appropriate. We always obtain a certificate of postage which means the item is insured up to £32 in the case of loss or damage in transit. Please note that we can not be held personally responsible for any loss or damage caused by Royal Mail. If you would prefer a different service (e.g. recorded delivery) please let us know. Please note that our delivery charge also includes packaging.
Customer Care We never ignore an email, so if you don’t get a response within 12 hours then something is wrong.

Deadlines
We make every effort to meet your delivery deadlines however we cannot take responsibility for Royal Mail delays. A dispatch notification will always be sent out and you should receive your items within 48 hours. Please contact us immediately should your parcel not arrive.
Returns
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2334/2000) you must inform us by post or e-mail within 7 days of receiving the goods of your intention to return them. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, in undamaged stock condition and suitable for resale. You must pay the carriage cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
