| My interest in antique jewelry began with my interest in genealogy. I did that for 20 years and found out a lot. I also found some of my mom's and grandmother's jewelry. The art nouveau style really attracted my attention. I love the swirls and curves and the colors of the stones used. |

| I have a large collection of jewelry ranging from Victorian to the 1960s. I even have a 2000 year old Egyptian bead necklace. It is and absolute passion with me, it takes me back to thinking of the women who wore the jewelry and how beautiful it must have made them feel. Like I said before, I found some of my mom's and grandmother's jewelry while doing my genealogy. When they passed away I hit a gold mine. My mom's collection of costume jewelry was extensive. I have at least 100 pins some by famous makers and some not. But, they all mean something to me. All my pieces mean something to me. They are all special. |
