Hi! Thank you for coming to visit. We are still fairly new to ebay but we are really enjoying all the benefits ebay has to offer!

Andy and I were married on October 12th 2002. We were living in Florida but moved to Virginia in August 2003. Just as our house was ready almost ready for us to move into, along came Hurricane Isabel. Well, our almost finished house was damaged and since we were staying with relatives and had shelter we were pushed to the back of the line. We finally moved in our new house in October 2003. Well we were having trouble finding jobs before the Hurricane so after the Hurricane with businesses closing down the job market really dried up. We needed money and decided to try to sell a few things on ebay. WOW! To our surprise you can make a lot of money on ebay. We have sold off all the extra things around the house and now we go to Yard Sales, Estate Sales, and Auctions to buy item to sell. Ebay is now my full time job. We take pride in trying to only offer good, solid items and do our best to descibe items as accuate as possible as well as pack them right the first time so we will not have to have returns. We have had 2 items returned 1 due to shipping and 1 due to unhappy customer, however by staying intouch and fixing these problems we still recieved positive feedback. Vicki's Baby Boutique is born (7-11-05)

Well its been about a year since we did the first about us page and things have gotten even better! By caring about each and every item we sell as well as each and every buyer that comes to us we have been able to maintain an excellent feedback rating (100% positive at almost 1300 feedbacks), and are doing our best to maintain this status. We decided to keep Ebay as a "Retirement Fund" and to go ahead and get "9 to 5" jobs.  We found we were doing so well with gently used and second hand items on Ebay that we decided to try brand new items and we opened an online baby store "Vicki's Baby Boutique" http://www.vickisbabyboutique.com (hoping to get a store front location in the next few months)! We are currently trying to build that store up. It seems to be slowly building itself up without any help from us.  Even after being on Ebay for over a year and a half I had not looked into an Ebay store, but we seemed to be having good luck with Ebay and with our online store so 2 weeks ago I decieded to try an online Ebay store (why not it is free for 30 days, what could it hurt right?).  I did not think the Ebay store would make much difference. I WAS WRONG! In just 2 weeks we have increased our sales.  The items started selling almost immediately. And without having to list the same items over and over! We are looking forward to a great upcoming year and at the rate we are going hope to be financially secure enough to both retire our "9 to 5" jobs in a year or two and enjoy life with our Ebay and Store income!
