I am arranging data on Bangladesh definitive postage stamps & have a future plan to write research articles on it. Collecting postage stamp of Bangladesh which include research on postal security printing materials (errors, proofs, essays, archive trial materials) along with issued postage stamp & postal stationery. My main interest is on Definitive of The Security Printing Corporation Bangladesh Limited, Gazipur, Bangladesh (well known as TAKSHAL). I am also trying to specialize on The Intellectual Series format issues from 1991-2000 from the same facility. As well as all postal materials after year 2000. The aim of my research is to contribute my knowledge with Bangladesh Govt. through BPO (Bangladesh Post office) & to improve the printing quality & status of Bangladesh postage stamp. IMPORTANT Auction Condition Of My Items.
1. POSTAGE: Worldwide -US$3.50. upto 30gm (Registered postage charge included for safety of both of us), Proof of delivery is stored in all mails & no record of loss yet. You must receive materials, but don't left NEGATIVE or NEUTRAL if your postman don’t ask for sign when you receive. (This is not my fault & I’ll show scan of registration paper as proof in that case). Please understand minimum postage rate is US$3.50 whether you buy at 1c or $1000 as I ship from Bangladesh, cause International shipping depends on distance & weight. Please don't complaint high ($3.50) postage for low cost material. I will gladly combine postage for multiple purchases. Postage charge will be: (registered postage cost of one material) + $1 for each additional lot. Payment PAYPAL only.
2. SHIPPING DURATION: I must post materials within 5 days of cleared payment (most case on next day). I am not responsible for postal transaction time (it’s ebay policy for international seller), but it is generally (NOT MORE THAN 30 days in America, 25 days in Europe, Africa or Australia, 20 days in Asia) from the day of shipping. All of my shipping are worldwide as I live in Bangladesh, Please understand I can’t control international transaction time. Except this transaction time I can guarantee you will get best service in all way from me. Please contact before you take any action (negative / neutral / refund/ Low seller dashboard rating) if there is delay. I’ll do the best for you. I can also ship by (DHL, FedEx, TnT or EMS) with tracking & fixed time limit. Please mail first for cost if you want any methods.
3. REFUND: Item condition guaranteed. But if you are not satisfied anyhow, I’ll give full refund (excluding postage) / replacement (depends stock) whatever you like after return item in it's actual (as scanned) condition (within a month of your receiving material).
4. BONUS COVER WITH STAMPS: I only ship lots in cover using lot of beautiful Bangladeshi stamps as postage. I never use franking (rather high weight). As it could be a nice cover to keep in your collection.
5. YOUR ENQUIRY: Never hesitate to ask me any question about materials. But please ask at least a day before ending. I am very friendly with buyers, helpful & believe you’ll buy again.
