RETURN POLICY

All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within fourteen (14) days form the original invoice date for a refund. PCs/Notebooks and refurbished/remanufactured products have a ten (10) day return policy. If the unit is returned for reasons other than DOA, a restocking fee of 15% will be applied. LCD monitors are considered DOA with 10 or more dead pixels. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot accept returns of any product with missing or altered serial numbers, service tags or UPC codes or that have been misused or tampered with. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number in order to return the product. Email ebay@leadman.net to receive a RMA number and return instructions. All returns must be pre-paid and insured for the full invoice value. Include all original packing materials, manuals, software and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees.
