California address are subject to CA tax by law. Non-payment of tax will cause delay of shipment until tax is collected.

Left Coast Trading attempts to ship all orders within 1-4 business days & arrive within 7 business days. Most items are shipped using United States Postal Service (USPS) & an automated tracking information notice is emailed via USPS website. Express shipments are also available upon request. Please allow 5 -10 business days for all domestic shipments. When the shipment (s) is/are refused or undeliverable, customer will be responsible for the S&H for both the first and subsequent second redelivery.
International shipping: Please contact us for international shipments as shipping runs higher. Stated prices do not include any customs, duties, sales, use, value added, excise, federal, state, local or other taxes. You may check with your local customs office. Please allow between 7 – 16 business days for normal delivery.
Left Coast Trading ships all packages to confirmed paypal address. However, we are happy to ship to gift recipient addresses. The accuracy of this address is the responsibility of the buyer. Address corrections that are made while in transit or after delivery to a wrong address are buyers’ responsibility as we incur charges from USPS for this service. We accept FPO,
APO address, but you may expect an additional 3 to 5 days delay due to international shipment status.

Items may be combined within 7 days in order to benefit from shipping discounts. Our combined shipping rates work like this:
We take the highest item’s shipping fee (due to weight) and for every item after, we discount shipping between 50%-75% off domestic shipping fees. For international shipments, we discount 50% the international shipping rate (which may be higher than domestic rates.)

If you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us for returns/exchanges. We will get a response to you within 48 hours.

1. Item must be unused (tags unremoved) and returned within 7 days from item arrival date. Items returned after this period will not be accepted.
2. Shipping, handling & insurance fees will not be refunded.

We recommend that all returns be made via a traceable carrier such as USPS (delivery confirmation receipt) or UPS since we cannot be held responsible for missing, lost or damaging of items during delivery. (No physical USPS pick-ups) Refunds will be provided via Paypal and a transaction number may be provided upon request.
