Legacy Sales Specialist (LSS) is a full featured consignment seller and was formed in 2004 by Rick Curtis of Fort Mill, SC. LSS sells all kinds of items from antiques to automobiles, clothes to cell phones. We do not have a brick and mortar store but operate 24 hours a day on eBay. LSS is fully licensed to do business in South Carolina and collect South Carolina state sales tax currently at 7%. LSS also merchandises and audits stores (mostly convenient stores) to help get control of shortages and positively impact their bottom line. Legacy Sales fees for consignment services vary depending on the price an item sells for. For items that sell for less than $49.99, our commission is 40% of the selling price plus expenses (eBay/PayPal Fees). For items that sell for more than $50.00, the commission is 30% of the selling price plus expenses. We also offer special discounts for selling multiple items. There are no commissions for items that do not sell although you will still be responsible for the listing fees.
Legacy Sales provides consignment selling services for clients in the Charlotte, NC metro area. All items are verified authentic and certain items may be verified with police officials to make sure they are not "hot". Legacy Sales reserves the right to refuse to list items for auction if it deems that an item is not authentic or is "hot' and said items may be turned over to the proper officials for investigation. We do this for your protection and to preserve our positive feedback rating. Detailed information about selling services is available in our sales contract.
