All packages will be shipped via UPS Ground, including tracking and insurance coverage for damage or loss. Please view the map below to see the estimated transit time for your package. If you need to receive your package sooner please click here to write me for UPS Next Day, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, or USPS Priority Mail rates. Packages shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. post office boxes will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Please note that Priority Mail costs are normally higher than UPS rates, especially for heavier items. International packages will be shipped by either air or surface mail.
WE SHIP VERY FAST! Payments received by 12:00 p.m. central time will normally be shipped the same day. Payments received after 12:00 p.m. will be shipped the following business day. (Please note that we do not go to the post office every day.) You will receive an email from UPS with the tracking number and expected delivery date of your package shortly after it is shipped. Once you have received the tracking number you may click here to track your package online.

If for some reason you feel that your item was not as described in the auction or are displeased with the item for any reason please contact us immediately at info@distinctive-decor.com. Your complete satisfaction is important to us. Items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of receipt for a full refund.
DAMAGE POLICY
If your merchandise arrives damaged please email us immediately. We will report the damage to UPS and send a replacement item as soon as possible. Please do not discard the damaged item(s) or the packaging materials for at least 5 business days from the time you report the damage. UPS may decide to pickup the package or may contact you to set up an appointment to inspect the damaged merchandise during this time.
If you have opted for USPS Priority Mail shipping and damage occurs during transit, we will mail the original insurance receipt to you. You will be responsible for filing the appropriate claim forms with the post office.
